- Select your shipping agent and make the necessary arrangements to complete booking
- Complete:
- Export Entry Form (C82)
- General Commercial Invoice (C23) OR CARICOM Commercial Invoice
- Export Certificate (if applicable)
- Dock Receipt (available from shipping agent)
- Present Dock Receipt to wharfage office for the payment of wharfage
- Submit completed forms and other applicable documents to the Export Officer for processing.
- Pay required processing fee to cashier
- Deliver cargo to wharf
- Select your airline agent and make the necessary arrangements to complete booking
- Complete:
- Export Entry Form (C82)
- General Commercial Invoice (C23) OR CARICOM Commercial Invoice
- Export Certificate (where applicable)
- Tally sheet and Dispatch form (available from the airline).
- Present documents to Customs Export Officer
- Pay required processing fees to cashier
- Deliver cargo to airlines warehouse
- Present Tally sheet along with dispatch form to the airline clerk who prepares the Airway Bill.

Please note that an exporter must register with JAMPRO if personal items are being exported on a regular basis. They may also procure the services of a licensed Customs Broker if they wish.
